Machine introduction:
This production line is used for making N95 cup masks made of
nonwoven fabric and various melt-blown materials. As a producing
standard, N95 has filtering efficiency of up to 95%, and it has two
types, i.e.: industrial dustproof mask and medical class, the
latter is known as higher grade of N95 mask. N95 is actually a test
of protection grade, both industrial and medical masks comply with
the same test standard. One of the biggest difference between the
two is, medical mask has an additional anti-splash layer.
Compared to plane mask, cup mask has the following advantages: 1.
Unique appearance design, better shield over face, increase the
difficulty of dust and viruses to enter mouse and nose; 2. It uses
the ergonomic design which fits the nose best, and improves wearing
comfort.
The machine realizes complete automatic production in full process
from raw materials (2~6 layers) feeding to hot pressing, ultrasonic
edge edge-sealing, cutting, earloop welding, text printing,
attaching nose bridge, finished product output, waste removal. The
entire machine is conveyed by servo. Special positioning system
supports well and works well with every work station. Special
production process makes the product has sharp pattern, keeps its
shape during the production and minimizes materials waste,
moreover, it provides strong guarantee for product quality. Another
highlight of the machine is that it has waste recycling device. It
is suitable for any working environment. The equipment runs stably,
able to work continuously for a long time, and the product it made
has high pass rate.
The machine uses PLC, touch panel control, while main conveyor belt
uses single-phase motor, motor conveyance, therefore it is
characterized by precise driving, stable control and adjustable
speed.
