The high speed automatic capping machine is used for different kinds of round bottles shape in food, pharmacy and chemical industry , such as pharmaceutical liquid product,syrup ,oil essential oil, and oral liquids etc.The structure of the machine is simple and reasonable, easy to operate, dust cover can optional .

Working precess

After dried and sterilized vials go to turntable of filling machine, then will be fed by conveyor into U type slot of main aliquots disk, and will rotate together with the main disk through filling station and stoppering station. At filling station, peristaltic pump will absorb solution in silicone tube and feed it into vial. At stoppering station, vibration hopper will convey stoppers along chute arrive terminal position, then pressing head will press each stopper onto mouth of vial. At last, vials will be pushed to tray or out-feeding conveyor of linkage line.
