The beverage can filling machine has the characteristics of filling
reposefully, high speed, liquid level control, capping reliably,
frequency conversion timing, less material loss.
We all use 304 stainless steel or food level material to ensure the
high quality of our machine. PLC control system is used and
electric parts are using famous brand like Mitsubishi Siemens
Schneider and so on.

Yes it's no problem for our company. During the warranty, if you
need any spare parts, we will delivery it to you in DHL for free.
Q: Do you offer a free set of replacement parts for parts that
commonly wear out quickly?
All spare parts are always avaliable for delivery. Above 90% spare
parts are made by ourselves. Because we have our own processing
center, so we can supply at anytime.
Q: What is the foot print of the entire canning line? I do not know
how many meters of conveyors are involved so can not determine the
over-all size of the line with all of its components.
We will design and make a layout plan according to customer's
factory floor plan.
Q: What is the cost to send installation/training staff? How many
staff do you need to send?
Whole installation/traning process needs 2peoples. Around 10days.
Client needs to provide us round-air ticket, visa fee, local
transpotation, accomodation, food, and 100USD/day/person.
Q: Beside Canning Machine, can you supply other accessories like
depalletizer or labeling machine for complete line?
