Details:
1. The SG120 capping machine is a supporting equipment with 3IN1
machine , whose role is lifting a cap into the lid of the hopper of
the the lid settling machine at a certain speed, and then after
sequence caps are conveying to capping machine for capping by the
lid sorting machine
2. The machine adopts belt cover equipped with tooth, consequently
,with capping speed efficiently , smooth operation, low noise, no
damage to the lid.
3 When the machine is working normally, the start-up and pause of
the capping machine is controlled by the proximity switch in the
hopper of settling machine. When the number of caps in the hopper
is lower than the number controlled by the proximity switch, the
cap’s motor begins to start and cap .When the number of covers in
the hopper is higher than the number controlled by the proximity
switch, the cap’s motor is stopped and the cap’s motor is restarted
until the number of caps in the hopper is again lower than the
number controlled by the proximity switch to attain combination
with the host automation . In addition, this also keeps a
reasonable range with the number of caps inside the settling device
to achieve better effect.
4. The machine in touch with the lip of cap is made of high quality
